• Full-time supervision and care
• All meals, personal hygiene, and medical supplies
• School uniforms and normal clothes
• Teacher salaries
• Stationery, books, and learning materials
• Sports and art supplies
• Maintenance of grounds, buildings, and facilities
• Administration
• 24-hour security
